First Time Use

 
It is important that you DO NOT jump straight into the program without following a few simple steps to setup the program for the way you wish to use it.
 
Correctly setting up your program will save you a lot on time in the long run.
 
Basically, you will enter your first user, an administrator that will have full access to all areas of the program. Then you set up your general preferences so that the program knows where to go looking for your data, and your preferred locations for files and other items.
 
Once these steps have been completed you can start to add clients, standard files, tokens and annotations, and start scanning and adding standard letters.
