Notes

 
 
Notes are recorded everytime you send a standard letter, but you can also add notes yourself, for details of things like telephone conversations, or other infornmation you wish to keep a record of.
 
 
 
You can see there are some notes that have been automatically added after printing some standard letters. To add a note of your own, just click on the "Add a new note to the client record" button.
 
 
 
Just complete the note and click on the save button.
 
Once saved you can edit, or even delete a note if you wish. Just click on the relevant button.
